Only owners (and their group members) of the land directly zoning at the Linden Ocean can
place objects for play. Any object left behind on the Linden Ocean are auto returned after
5, 20 or 60 minutes, so… Beauty, open-clean view and free play are preserved.

• All class 5 + speed tested on Timings & FPS ( real speed ).
• Friendly neighbors building clean-open not blocking views and access.
• No clutter, no heavy commerce. No visible Adult content around.
